Ledger [Liber B] devoted primarily to the sale of agricultural products (lamb, pork, beef, cheese, butter, lard, wood, rye, corn, potatoes, apples, etc., including bread, vinegar, and large quantities of cider), possibly in the context of a general store. Entries for 1769 and 1770 relate in part to blacksmithing; entries for several years beginning in 17xx relate in part to tailoring and to the sale of cloth. Additional activities reflected include tax collection, occasional hauling, and the pasturing of horses and cattle.
